Built for students at NIT Kurukshetra

College can feel overwhelming. Talk to someone who remembers.

We connect current students with seniors, alumni, and recent graduates for honest 1-on-1 conversations about stress, loneliness, uncertainty, failure, and life after college.

Not therapy. Not crisis counseling. Just a real conversation with someone who has been there.

How it works

A simple, low-pressure way to get perspective when school or life feels heavy.

1

Tell us what’s going on

Fill out a short form about what you’re carrying and what kind of person might help.

2

Get matched

We connect you with a trained volunteer who understands the kind of moment you’re in.

3

Talk for 30 minutes

No judgment. No pressure. Just listening, perspective, and one small next step.

You do not need to be in crisis to reach out.

Sometimes you just need someone a few steps ahead to say, “I remember this. It was hard. It changed.”

Feeling behind Career anxiety Academic pressure Loneliness Burnout Rejection or failure Changing majors Family pressure Not knowing what comes next

“You are not the first person to feel this way. And you probably won’t feel this way forever.”

Perspective can be a form of hope.

Real conversations, not polished advice.

The goal is not to fix your life in one call. The goal is to help you feel less alone, see a little further ahead, and remember that this chapter is not the whole story.

Were you once the student who needed this?

Volunteer as a listener. Share your story, offer perspective, and help a current student feel less alone. You do not need to be perfect. You just need to listen with care.
